Drinking toxins? Good health begins with pure water

Since it is calorie free, water is an excellent appetite suppressant and aids the body in metabolizing stored fat. Research has shown that for every 25 pounds overweight, one should drink an additional glass of water.

Water also flushes the body of toxins and other waste material.
