Smoking is very dangerous for heart health. The first step towards improving the heart health is by avoiding smoking habit.

Even though we go for a regular check up’s for knowing the condition of our health, it is good to know and analyze ourselves about the symptoms and conditions of our heart. Plan your healthy lifestyle by including a good diet with some good exercise. This is one of the best means of improving heart’s health.
